LILY

Lily plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity and ensuring it resonates with our clients and partners. She oversees all creative processes and is instrumental in managing partnerships, focusing on aligning our business with entities that share our values of quality and sustainability. Lily’s passion for community and commitment to excellence helps us connect with our audience on a deeper level, ensuring that each interaction with our brand is unique and memorable.

ANTONY

Antony has a background in speciality coffee, working in coffee startups, specialising in hiring, training, and creating standard operating procedures for new businesses, as well as developing drinks beyond coffee. Antony's motivation is to establish a company that can be an industry leader in responsible business practice, reducing waste and other unnecessary harmful byproducts of commercialism. But without a family to keep him grounded, Tonic Grind will have to be sufficient to keep him out of trouble.

SLAVIC

Slavic comes from a background in finance, with nine years of experience, seven of which were spent in the food and beverage industry, working with consulting firms, creating an opportunity to gain insights into how to manage F&B startups from a finance perspective. But his path there was anything but conventional. Slavic started without the requisite degrees and accreditations and got where he is with tenacity, nerve, and just being quicker than the average bear. Also a family man, Slavic's interest is business. More specifically, creating a robust, efficient company that holds itself accountable to higher operating standards.
